	Video Training Return Policy - No refunds are allowed unless a specific guarantee was granted upon sale. Please see your order documentation for specific details. Requirements for return: 1) You need to contact us with the reason you are returning your product. 2) We will issue you a RMA number if applicable. This number needs to be placed on the mailing label and two places on the outside of the box. 3) You must place a copy of your receipt in the box with the product you are returning. 4) All pieces provided with the product must be returned in the same box. 5) You need to ship the product back to us using a shipping process with a tracking service. 6) Product must arrive within 1 week of return authorization date. 7) Any refunds if applicable will be issued within 30 to 60 days after receipt of product after the product has been inspected and deemed re-sellable. 8) Any damage to the product that does not allow the product to be re-sellable will result in a discounted refund and you will be contacted regarding the discount before refund is made. 9) Returns must be sent to the address given at the time of RMA number issue by a duly authorized representative of Total Graphics Network or Real Estate Investor Signs, Inc..
